Delivery, Returns & Assembly Service
We currently offer delivery on all products to mainland United Kingdom except Scottish Highlands. We can send our products to Northern and Southern Ireland and Scottish highlands, but you will need to contact us for a quote.
HUDEL LIVING aim to deliver your bed within 4-5 weeks from time of order. All of our products are subject to availability and therefore delays in delivering goods can sometimes be outside of our control.
Some of our products are made to order and many of our suppliers are located in other parts of Europe. This enables us to provide a large choice of colours, styles and finishes. Your furniture will be scheduled for the earliest available delivery date. We will advise you of an estimated delivery time as soon as we have all of your order in stock.
On delivery the driver will ask you to sign a form to say that the order was received in good condition. Before you sign, check the packaging and state any obvious signs of damage on the form.
Many of our items are designed for self-assembly. Full instructions are provided and no special tools are required. Your assembly instructions should be found in one of the boxes. Please read carefully before starting assembly. If you have any concerns or you are unable to locate your instructions, please contact our customer services team on 0114 236 2618.
Please check you are happy with the colour, finish and quality before commencing assembly as any change of heart will result in a deduction in refund for ‘unreasonable handling’.
We offer a Home Assembly service to certain areas of the country. Assembly service is offered to all British Mainland areas excluding Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset. The cost for home assembly will be provided during checkout, where you can choose delivery only or delivery with assembly.. Please check you are happy with the quality and colours of all components before instructing our fitters to commence assembly. Once the items are assembled and if you change your mind and wish to return them, there will be a deduction in refund for any loss in value of the product caused by ‘unnecessary handling’.
Please do not remove any packaging from any mattress until you are satisfied with the quality and that the mattress fits the required bed. We cannot accept any returns of unpacked mattresses, unless the mattress is faulty.

Return of Goods
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or you wish to cancel your order after we have already despatched the bed, it is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine, saleable condition. Such goods need to be returned in their original box and packaging.
Before returning any goods, please inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Goods should then be returned within 7 days of notification, otherwise your right to cancel will be revoked. The return of your goods will be wholly your responsibility along with any costs associated with return. Goods received that are incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account.
